About this job

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage residential and condominium interior design projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives and design vision.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring projects deliveries.
  • Work with the team, architects, and contractors to create unified design solutions and coordinate projects effectively.
  • Oversee the design development process, from conceptualization to final implementation, ensuring that all design aspects meet the quality standards.
  • Providing regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or adjustments to the team.
  • Attend site visits, conduct quality checks, ensure design intent is adhered to.
  • Prepare and consolidate drawings, project documentation, including reports, specifications; review and check drawings;
  • Ensure that all project activities comply with policies and procedures, and relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative environment within the design team, contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing residential or condominium interior design projects.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with design standards specific to residential and high-rise condominium developments.
  • Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Microsoft office, GSuite etc.).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and team members.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets and timelines efficiently.
  • Experience in both project management and design roles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local authorities’ compliance, design practices and materials.
