SENIOR FACILITIES EXECUTIVE – M&E / BUILDING SERVICES

Job Summary

The Senior Facilities Executive manages daily operations, maintenance, and performance of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems and building services in a government facility, ensuring safety, compliance, and reliability while supervising contractors and responding to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems and building services to ensure continuous, safe, and compliant facility performance
• Supervise term contractors, specialist vendors, and technical personnel to deliver effective facilities management services
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, emergencies, and operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain building functionality
• Apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve M&E system faults and optimize operational efficiency
• Serve as the key on-site representative for all M&E and building services matters, liaising with stakeholders to uphold service standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Electrical power engineering knowledge to support electrical operational responsibilities
• Possession of an appropriate electrical power diploma and relevant Singapore experience
• Local engineering diploma
• 3 years facility management background
