Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused Product Manager to define product strategy, prioritize the roadmap, and work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver software products that solve meaningful customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitive assessments.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and business requirements.
• Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams throughout product development.
• Manage backlog prioritization and support agile planning and delivery.
• Coordinate product launches, go-to-market activities, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor product performance using analytics, customer feedback, and key performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience, adoption, retention, and revenue.
• Communicate product plans, progress, and trade-offs clearly to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, software development, business analysis, or a related field.
• Experience delivering digital or SaaS products from discovery through launch.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements.
• Experience working with product analytics and user research tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or platform products.
• Technical fluency and familiarity with APIs, databases, and software architecture.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Confluence, Figma, or Amplitude.
• MBA or product management certification.
• Demonstrated experience improving product adoption or business outcomes.
