💰 Salary: $3,450 – $3,800/month
📍 Location: Singapore
🕒 Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts

• Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations during assigned shifts.
• Allocate manpower and assign daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor daily operational performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues during the shift.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, dispatch, and loading activities.
• Support inventory cycle counts, stock takes, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and minimize stock loss through proper warehouse controls.
• Verify the accuracy of warehouse documentation, including GRNs, ASNs, Delivery Orders, and pick lists.
• Plan manpower requirements to support daily operations and peak periods.
• Coach and train team members on warehouse SOPs, WMS usage, and workplace safety.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and compliance with operational procedures.
• Ensure warehouse equipment such as RF scanners, material handling equipment, and printers are properly maintained and available for use.

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations is an advantage.
• Able to lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
• Comfortable working 12-hour rotating morning and night shifts.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
