A 14 year young North Indian Restaurant is looking for Restaurant Manager, The young applicant should be dynamic, sincere, diligent, honest and willing to work under pressure and late hours as required. The candidate should be able to design promotions as per upcoming festivals & occasions. The candidate should have good knowledge of cuisine and alcoholic, non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails, mocktails. The desired candidate should be computer friendly with knowledge of MS Office & familiar with English, Hindi & other languages, fluent in creating ads for social media to promote business. The company focuses upon the candidate with positive attitude, diligence, honesty, integrity, sincerity and a good team player. The roles and responsibilities shall be multi tasking and include but not limited to following:

Staff management & Team leader.

Upkeep of premises hardware & software.

Inventory management.

Monitor and maintain daily sales and purchases.

Manage day to day accounts.

Compliance with local regulations & maintain good hygiene and cleanliness.

Committed to customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints in a cordial, diplomatic manner.
