Contract: 6 months - extendable/convertible based on performance & business needs
We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to support the development of communications capabilities through well‑designed learning programmes, strong external partnerships, and effective engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning Programme Sourcing & Curation
- Identify and curate relevant learning programmes to strengthen core communications competencies.
- Source, evaluate, and package training modules and materials from external providers.
- Maintain and continuously improve a structured learning resource that maps courses to defined competencies and proficiency levels.
Webinar Coordination & Delivery
- Plan and execute communications‑focused webinars, including engagement of industry practitioners and subject‑matter experts.
- Manage end‑to‑end webinar operations, from coordination and logistics to post‑event follow‑up.
Learning Calendar & Engagement
- Coordinate an annual learning calendar and support quarterly planning +cycles.
- Design and implement internal publicity and engagement initiatives to promote learning offerings and encourage participation.
External Partnerships
- Build and expand partnerships with training institutions and industry professionals.
- Liaise with both internal stakeholders and external providers to support learning and development needs.
Project Management Support
- Provide project management support for communications capability development initiatives, including digital and in‑person learning platforms.
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of ongoing learning activities.
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative and coordination support for learning‑related initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Relevant 5 years in learning and development, capability development, or a related field or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing and curating training programmes.
- Strong project management, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders.
