Senior Barista - Buona Vista- $3200 - 5 Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee / Macha and other beverages according to company standards.
• Lead and support the barista team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow during shifts.
• Train new baristas and provide ongoing coaching on coffee techniques and customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and surrounding areas.
• Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies place orders as needed.
• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of coffee machines and grinders.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain quality control and consistency in beverage presentation and taste.
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years or more of barista experience
• Knowledgable in Macha, coffee brewing methods, espresso equipment, and latte/ Macha tea art.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for Coffee / Macha and customer service.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
