Customer Service - Survey Officer (Corporate Survey)

Mon - Fri, 83am - 6pm (Flexible with OT/ Weekend Work)

Location: Havelock

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist respondents in completing surveys online or through manual collection methods

- Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity

- Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone

- Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g. Excel)

- Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets

- Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation

- Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion

- Review and correct (“clean”) survey data flagged for errors or ambiguities

- Maintain detailed case notes for each respondent to support follow-up actions

- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide valid reasons for any deviations

- Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
