* Checking cleanliness at hawker center

* Responsible for clearing soiled dishes, clearing rubbish, and all general table-top cleaning in a hawker centre.

* Managing the plates and coffee cup supply

* Participate in staff recruitment, selection, and training

* Supervise and schedule staff

* Ensure customer satisfaction

* Resolve customer complaints and internal staff conflicts

* Order and maintain inventory control costs

* Ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations

* Follow food safety regulations

* ⁠• Follow food safety regulations

* Oversee a team of table top cleaning, dishwashing, and throw rubbish

* Plan work and coordinate activities by Supervise, instruct, and give on-the-job training to others

* Reports quickly to the supervisor/boss if any problem arises and also recommends solutions

* Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager/boss.

* Establish and maintain satisfactory working relationships with subordinates, supervisors,

Managers and Boss.
