Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and IT infrastructure to ensure operational stability
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools
• Perform system patching, application deployment, and generate operational reports
• Proactively maintain the highest levels of system and infrastructure availability
• Monitor application performance to identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and collaborate with developers to implement fixes
• Maintain security protocols, backup procedures, and redundancy strategies to safeguard systems
• Write and maintain custom scripts to automate tasks and reduce manual intervention
• Perform SLIFT key, SFTP password, SSL, and RDP certificate updates to maintain secure access
• Maintain an accurate inventory of software assets

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Information Technology
• Proficient knowledge of file transfer and security technologies, including SFTP and file encryption
• Familiarity with Java Web Application development and JEE frameworks
• Understanding of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products and tools related to EAI-MFT
• Knowledge of XML, Oracle PL/SQL, and MS SQL query languages
• Experience with Windows administration, scripting, and UNIX/Linux cron job scheduling
