Senior Procurement Executive (Logistics/Jurong area)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage procurement strategies for air freight, ocean freight, and multimodal logistics services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, shipping lines, NVOCCs, and freight carriers
• Negotiate competitive rates, contracts, and service level agreements with carriers and vendors
• Identify and onboard new carrier partners to expand network coverage and capacity
• Monitor market trends, carrier capacity, and rate fluctuations to ensure cost competitiveness
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and customer success teams to align procurement with business needs
• Manage and optimise consolidation programmes (LCL/FCL) and NVOCC operations
• Track and report on procurement KPIs, cost savings, and vendor performance
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations, carrier agreements, and company procurement policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in logistics procurement, freight forwarding, or supplychain management
