Cheese Specialist (Location: JEM & Jurong Pt)

We are looking for a Cheese Specialist to join our team. As a Cheese Specialist, this role will be to cut cheeses to retail sizes, serve and attend to customers' needs and enquiries in our cheese counters inside of FairPrice. This is by ensuring visual merchandising standards are adhered to at all times, replenishment of stocks and ensure all available products are properly displayed.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and monitor the processing, planning and ordering of products

2. Assist in preparing cheeses for retail sales in cheese counter in JEM and Jurong Point and occasionally assist in customer experience.

3. Lead and drive in stores activities/events/workshop whenever required

Job Requirements/ Competencies

• Able to work retail hours (10.30am - 7pm) for 6 days / week which needs to include weekends & public holidays.
• No cheese cutting experience needed, on-the-job training will be provided
• Preferable to have at least 3 years of customer service experience
• Service oriented and passionate.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills in a team environment
• Creative & innovative thinking, Be comfortable with working in SME environment
• Singaporean/PR/Malaysian Work Permit are welcome to apply
