Contract Marketing & Communications Staff (Bank) at Raffles Place, Up to $4300

Responsibilities:

• Creating original concepts for events, activations and client experiences.
• Finding the story or creative idea that holds an experience together.
• Designing moments that audiences remember and want to share.
• Thinking beyond the physical event to how an idea travels through video, social and digital content.
• Creating social-native ideas rather than simply turning event footage into social posts.
• Developing video concepts, storylines, scripts and creative treatments.
• Working with designers, videographers, agencies, production teams and partners to bring ideas to life.
• Spotting emerging formats, creators, technologies and cultural trends that could inspire what we do next.
• Taking inspiration from the best experiences anywhere, not just within financial services.

Period: 1 year contract

Location: Raffles Place

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to $4300

Requirements:

• Minimally diploma or degree with at least 1 to 2 years relevant experience in events/experiential/creative agency, with strong concept development, storytelling, event activation, video and social content.
• Strong creative ideation and storytelling.
• A genuine love of events and experiences.
• An instinct for what makes content engaging and shareable.
• Understanding of social-native content and how different platforms behave.
• Experience developing video and visual storytelling.
• The ability to turn a loose brief into a compelling creative concept.
• Strong visual judgement and attention to the details that shape an experience.
• The confidence to sell an idea and bring others along with it.
• The practical ability to turn creative thinking into something that can actually be delivered.
• Curiosity, energy and a constant appetite for discovering what’s next.
• Regional or multi-market experience across Asia would be valuable.
