Sales & Marketing Executive – Education Group

📍 Candidates will rotate across 3 campuses in a week — Downtown East, MacPherson and West Coast
🕘 Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
💰 S$2,000 – S$3,000 + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Handle parent enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media and walk-ins
• Drive student enrolments and achieve sales targets
• Plan and execute online/offline marketing campaigns
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media and content marketing
• Develop partnerships and new student recruitment channels
• Track campaign performance and optimise marketing strategies
• Support on-site photography, videography and social media content

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in sales/marketing, preferably within education, enrichment, tuition, preschool or training
• Strong track record in sales, lead conversion and target achievement
• Familiar with digital marketing and social media platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, target-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred
