Quantity Surveyor

- Responsible for preparation and timely submission of claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and settlement of final account.

- Documents preparation for sourcing of quotations for both pre and post tender stages

- Preparation of tender evaluation, conduct negotiation with subcontractors & suppliers

- To ensure a timely closure of all main contract

- Quantity take off, cost estimate, contract administrations and support in tender exercise

- Liaise with Maincontractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

- Attend site meetings and handle contractual issues

-To attend progress meetings, technical meetings, material submission meetings and etc to capture all variation claims and potential variation works and time implication.

-All other QS related job

Requirements:

* Preferably with working experiences in HDB projects
* Relevant experience in Singapore construction industry.

* Experience in RC and Wet Trade projects preferred.

* Knowledge of costing, tendering, and contract administration.

* Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

* Good communication and coordination skills.
