About this job

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing renovation and interior design team. You will be responsible for managing renovation projects from commencement to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, organised professional who enjoys coordinating people, solving problems, and turning interior design concepts into beautifully completed spaces.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage renovation and interior design projects from pre-construction through to handover.

· Coordinate with designers, clients, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

· Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.

· Conduct regular site visits and oversee on-site renovation works.

· Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

· Monitor project budgets, costs, materials, and variations.

· Identify potential site issues and resolve problems quickly and effectively.

· Coordinate deliveries, trades, and site activities to minimise delays.

· Communicate project updates, timelines, and issues clearly to clients.

· Ensure proper documentation, site records, and project handover requirements are maintained.

· Maintain a high standard of workmanship, safety, cleanliness, and professionalism across all projects.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Construction, Project Management, or a related field.

· 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in renovation, interior design, construction, or project management.

· Strong knowledge of renovation processes, materials, and construction methods.

· Good project coordination and problem-solving skills.

· Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Able to read and understand design drawings and technical plans.

· Able to prepare pre-construction survey reports, project schedules, site progress reports, defect lists, and vendor claim reports.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Independent, responsible, proactive, and detail oriented.

· Comfortable working on-site and coordinating with different trades and contractors.
