We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead service excellence, elevate the in-store experience, and create memorable moments for every customer.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain the overall presentation and image of the store, ensuring brand standards are consistently upheld.

• Lead and manage staff grooming, professionalism, and service excellence.

• Support daily store operations, customer reception, and sales activities.

• Welcome and manage VIP and high-value customer visits, delivering personalized service experiences.

• Handle customer feedback and service recovery professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor customer service standards and operational procedures, working closely with relevant teams to implement service improvements and corrective actions.

• Foster a positive, service-oriented culture within the store.
  

What You Bring:

• 8 years of relevant experience as a Luxury Retail Supervisor/Cabin Crew

• A genuine passion for customer service and creating exceptional customer experiences.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

• Strong leadership, teamwork, and stakeholder management abilities.

• A positive attitude, integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
