Project Manager – Digital Transformation

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead digital and application transformation initiatives within a complex, business-critical technology environment.

This role offers accountable ownership across the full project lifecycle—from planning and stakeholder alignment through testing, implementation, stabilization, and operational handover.

Responsibilities:

• Lead digital and application transformation projects from initiation through go-live, stabilization, and closure.

• Build and maintain project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies.

• Coordinate stakeholders across business, product, engineering, architecture, testing, operations, security, and external delivery partners.

• Identify delivery risks early and follow through on mitigation and recovery actions.

• Manage project changes and communicate their impact on scope, timelines, resources, and cost.

• Provide clear project updates, recommendations, and escalation support to senior stakeholders and steering committees.

• Manage vendors and systems integrators against agreed deliverables, timelines, and quality expectations.

• Oversee SIT, UAT, release readiness, cutover, hypercare, and handover to support teams.

• Track project budgets, resources, and delivery forecasts where required.

• Ensure projects deliver practical customer, operational, and business outcomes.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated experience leading complex technology projects with accountable ownership of delivery outcomes.

• Proven delivery of digital, application, platform, or technology transformation initiatives.

• Experience managing projects across the full software delivery lifecycle.

• Ability to work effectively across business, technical, operational, and senior stakeholder groups.

• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and project governance.

• Experience managing vendors, systems integrators, or distributed delivery teams.

• Practical experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

• Working knowledge of software development, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.

• Ability to communicate project risks, decisions, and delivery status clearly to different audiences.
