Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

- To assist in contract administration, prepare progress claim and liaise with the Client's representative on claims and variation cost

- To study contract documents, perform measurements and prepare Bill of Quantities

- To review and verify Subcontractor's / Supplier's claims and prepare payment certifications

- Call quotations, compare prices and prepare bill of quantities to arrive at the tender pricing

- To keep Superior informed of all contractual and site matters

- To attend site meeting and progress claim meeting

- To prepare budget statement yearly for each project

- Upon completion of each project to monitor the respective project during the defects liability period

- Assist in the procurement of sub-contractors and suppliers of specified materials

- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying , Building or Civil Engineering

- Experience: Fresh Graduate to 2 years of working experience in tendering, estimating and measurement of quantities
