Job Description:
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and Business Units to prepare and consolidate rolling forecasts for inventory and Net Working Capital (NWC)

• Analyse forecast movements and key drivers.

• Highlight significant variances and risks.

• Follow up with Business Units to support achievement of KPIs.

• Analyse movements in rolling forecasts and actual performance.

• Review key variances against plan and forecast.

• Prepare monthly financial performance reports.

• Prepare management reporting packs to support management review, decision-making and performance steering

• Support APAC Capex controlling activities, including Budget preparation, Forecast updates, Monthly reporting and monitoring actual expenditure against plan

• Prepare and submit weekly Free Cash Flow forecasts.

• Monitor key FCF movements and variances.

• Provide timely financial reporting and analysis to relevant stakeholders.

• Prepare, coordinate and submit financial reports and planning submissions in TAMIS.

• Consolidate and submit annual planning templates and other required financial information to the central controlling team via TAMIS.

• Ensure submissions are completed according to established timelines and requirements.

• Ensure compliance with Integrity codes, Company guidelines and Group-level requirements

• Identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Support simplification, standardisation and/or automation of recurring processes and tasks.

• Perform ad-hoc financial, controlling, reporting, planning and analytical tasks as assigned.

• Support special projects, process changes and other business requirements relevant to the role.

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Accountancy or similar w min 3–4 years of relevant working experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and or similar finance/controlling roles
