OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Position Summary

The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day security operations of assigned school sites, ensuring effective manpower deployment, compliance with site SOPs, and a high standard of security service. The role requires regular engagement with school representatives, security officers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, prompt handling of incidents, and a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day security operations of assigned school sites and personnel.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and operational checks.
• Investigate security incidents, review reports, and conduct AAR.
• Conduct OJT and refresher training on SOPs and school-specific procedures.
• Manage staff performance, grievances, discipline, and workplace investigations.
• Plan and coordinate training and licensing requirements in line with PWM.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures, SOPs, and school requirements.
• Support the recruitment, selection, and deployment of security personnel.
• Liaise with school representatives, management, and security officers to resolve operational matters.
• Monitor manpower, attendance, performance, and overall site operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the Security Industry.
• SS and above PLRD-licensed.
• Class 3 Driving Licence required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, SOPs, incident management, and manpower deployment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong people-oriented approach.
• Able to manage difficult situations professionally and work effectively under pressure.
• Stress-resilient, adaptable, and flexible with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with clients, operations teams, and security personnel.
