• Working Days: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary: $3,900 - $4,400
• Working Location: Tuas

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare Certificate of Analysis for outgoing products and carry out related work activities in accordance with approved procedures and processes
• Handle incoming and outgoing checks in accordance with established procedures
• Handle and process ISO and departmental documentation under the QA Section
• Accurately process and maintain required test data, including updating Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts
• Participate in and assist with QA-related activities, including external provider management and audits
• Review and verify test data, SPC updates and Certificate of Analysis documents prepared by QA Technicians
• Conduct on-the-job practical training for QA Technicians
• Liaise and coordinate with representatives from other departments on daily operational matters
• Participate in Risk Assessment and FMEA activities within the QA Section
• Assist the QA Engineer with customer enquiries and complaint investigations
• Perform other QA-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Chemical or Science discipline
• Preferably at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory role within the chemical manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of quality control standards and statistical analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards will be an advantage
