Associate - Private Clients

Harvest Advisors holds a Capital Markets Securities (CMS) licence and is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

We provide asset management services for institutional investors as well as private wealth management solutions for high-net worth investors in Asia. Our clients include sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, listed companies, and family offices.

As part of our expansion, we are seeking self-starters to join us as Associate – Private Clients.

Your opportunities: -

· Work with the Private Clients team to deliver positive client experience, by developing a keen sense of understanding of and attending to clients’ needs

· To eventually develop the ability to acquire new client relationships and generate net new assets to grow a portfolio of High Net Worth clientele

Your attributes:

· Motivated, reliable and resourceful team player with strong interpersonal skills

· Keen interest in financial and wealth planning

· Able to multi-task, work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines

· Meticulous yet possess the ability to understand matters from a top-down perspective

· Excellent collaboration and communication skills

· Possess professional integrity

· Degree in a relevant field (verification proof is required)

· Fluency in a second language will be an advantage

· Client support, Sales or investment experience in the financial services industry from priority/private banking or financial and wealth planning

· Able to work with Microsoft Office, namely Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.

Your Responsibilities:

· Provide ongoing support on the provision of investment management and advisory service through production of marketing materials and interacting with clients

· Ensure prompt execution of client transactions and provide excellent administrative support in areas such as onboarding and regular reviews

· Collaborate with relevant parties, internal and external, and extend our tailored private wealth services to meet client objectives and requirements

· Actively support business initiatives and contribute towards the development of the business
