Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage the financial & contractual of all projects from pre-tender to post contract phases including quantities, variations, cost estimates, monthly claims, final accounts etc

· Prepare project budgeting and costing reports

· Responsible in cost estimating, quantity take off, claims preparation, variations and final accounts.

· Review of contracts, prepare tender & contract documentations, tender analyses& reporting, measurement etc

· Standardize all agreements (e.g. subcontracts and joint ventures) with alignment to contract policy

Requirements:

· Degree in Building/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.

· Minimum1 years of relevant experience in construction industry.

· Good understanding & knowledge of contracts law and its application.

· Preferably well versed in various form of contracts such as PSSCOC, SIA and FIDIC.

· Preferably conversant in using CostX and/or Glodon Cubicost measurement software.
