Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service & Interaction: Welcome guests, present menus, take orders accurately, make beverage/food recommendations, and answer guest inquiries promptly.

• Order Serving & Execution: Serve food and beverages according to established venue standards, ensuring high attention to presentation and timing.

• Table & Venue Maintenance: Set up, clear, clean, and sanitize tables, dining areas, and service stations before, during, and after operational shifts.

• Side-Duties & Stock Management: Assist with restocking supplies, polishing glassware/cutlery, organizing side stations, and managing inventory flow.

• Payment Handling: Process cash or electronic payments efficiently and accurately (when applicable).

• Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations as well as company service guidelines.
