Job Responsibilities

• Manage and drive end-to-end testing delivery for large-scale digital banking projects and applications.
• Take overall responsibility for successful delivery of testing services across assigned projects.
• Manage day-to-day testing services delivered by external test service providers and vendors.
• Develop, review and provide inputs on test strategies, test plans, schedules and testing deliverables.
• Review and sign off testing artefacts delivered by testing service providers.
• Coordinate with Test Governance teams to ensure adherence to testing standards, methodologies, processes and tools.
• Manage testing scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with business, application, infrastructure, security and technology stakeholders.
• Act as the primary escalation point for testing-related issues and drive timely resolution.
• Track, manage and report testing progress, status, SLAs, KPIs and quality metrics.
• Ensure testing vendors meet agreed delivery timelines, quality standards and service levels.
• Plan and coordinate SIT, UAT, integration, regression, end-to-end and other testing activities.
• Manage multiple external testing vendors and service providers across projects.
• Collaborate with Test Engineering teams on automation, performance and other testing requirements.
• Build strong working relationships with Test Managers, Test Leads, project teams and external service providers.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, quality and delivery efficiency.
• Support testing transformation, standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in software testing and test delivery.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior Test Manager, Test Program Manager or equivalent testing leadership role.
• Minimum 5 years of testing/project experience within Banking and Financial Services.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end testing for large and complex technology projects.
• Strong Digital Banking domain knowledge, preferably covering payments, cross-border payments, remittance, fund transfers, mobile banking or internet banking.
• Extensive experience managing multiple external testing vendors and test service providers.
• Strong knowledge of test strategy, test planning, test governance, testing processes and methodologies.
• Experience across Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall and DevOps delivery environments.
• Experience in SIT, UAT, integration, regression, end-to-end and performance testing.
• Experience with testing tools such as Tosca, Selenium, Appium, JIRA, QuerySurge, LoadRunner and Performance Center.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and escalation management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working with multicultural, distributed and virtual teams.
• ISTQB, PMP or relevant testing/project management certifications are preferred.
• TMMi framework awareness will be an added advantage.
