IT Junior System Engineer (6 months Contract)

Job Description:

• Ensuring that IT systems run smoothly by diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

• Assisting in the configuration and maintenance of network components such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Installing, updating, and maintaining software applications and hardware components

• Implementing security measures to protect systems from cyber threats and ensuring compliance with IT policies.

• Supporting the deployment of new technologies and system upgrades.

• Keeping records of system configurations, changes, and incidents for future reference.

• Working closely with senior engineers and IT teams to provide technical assistance and improve system efficiency.

Skills needed:

• Proficiency in Windows.

• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configurations.

• Basic knowledge of security protocols, encryption, and vulnerability management.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently.
