Job Scope :
• Perform staffing activities for clients from Engineering, IT and Healthcare Sectors.
• Perform full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, recommendations to successful placements
• Service existing clients and to source for New Businesses
• Established clients rapport and loyalty through service quality
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the recruitment industry
• Handle grievances, complaints and performance issues from candidates and clients alike
• Achieve Individual & Company sales targets

Requirements :
• Possess a Diploma/Degree in any field
• Preferably with CEI qualification. Those without certificate are welcomed to apply.
• Preferably with 1-2 years recruitment and/or sales experience.
