RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage training and development programs.
• Prepare and analyze monthly training reports.
• Participate in the annual review and planning of training activities.
• Administer training budgets and financial grants.
• Handle recruitment and selection processes.
• Oversee matters related to foreign workers.
• Provide support across various human resource functions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR functions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
