Admin Coordinator

Job Scope / Key Responsibilities

• Respond to all incoming inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously.

• Manage, monitor, and update service tickets within the Ticketing System to ensure timely resolution and accurate record-keeping.

• Coordinate with managers to schedule engineers for end-user support activities and project assignments.

• Ensure service request forms are duly acknowledged and signed by users upon completion of services, and provide a copy to users when required.

• Monitor and maintain system hostname records, including creating, updating, and notifying engineers for necessary enablement activities.

• Verify and update system records for MacBook hostname deletions to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Coordinate and arrange the collection and processing of decommissioned (Decom) IT assets.

• Prepare, generate, and distribute operational and management reports as required.

• Prepare and issue quotations for products and services in accordance with user requirements.

• Source and procure computer hardware, accessories, and replacement parts from approved vendors.

• Manage the receiving, issuance, return, and inventory tracking of computers and IT-related accessories.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to IT asset management and support activities.

• Support departmental operations by undertaking ad-hoc tasks, special projects, and additional responsibilities as assigned by management
