Human Resource Generalist

Job Responsibilities

• Support the department head in managing and providing the full spectrum of HR support services.
• Areas responsible include recruitment, performance management, training & development, compensation and benefits including payroll management & salary review, staff welfare and staff benefits, expatriate management (work pass application), employee relations, etc.

Requirements

• At least Degree holder
• At least 4 to 5 years of work experience as a HR Generalist in a financial sector
• A team player as well as able to work independently
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
