Admin cum Invoicing Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and oversee e-invoicing processes in purchasing department.

•Ensure accurate matching of Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Received records, and Supplier Invoices.

•Identify and resolve discrepancies in procurement and invoicing records.

•Establish and maintain efficient administrative workflows.

•Support team members to achieve performance objectives.

•Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of experience in business administration, invoicing operations, or a related role.

•Previous experience leading or supervising a team is preferred.

•Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

•Experience with e-invoicing systems and ERP systems is advantageous.

•Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.
