Job Description
- Lead compensation and benefits reviews, projects, and policy initiatives independently.
- Advise stakeholders on rewards programmes, remuneration frameworks, and implementation matters.
- Conduct market benchmarking, workforce analytics, and compensation assessments.
- Develop business cases, cost modelling, and strategic recommendations for decision-makers.
- Support annual remuneration exercises and incentive programme administration.
- Drive alignment of rewards practices across various business units and institutions.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to implement compensation programmes and process improvements.
The Successful Applicant
- 15+ years of Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards experience.
- Proven track record developing remuneration strategies and reward frameworks.
- Experience working with senior leadership teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives.
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups and drive consensus.
