We arelooking for a proactive and dependable individual to manage end-to-endlogistics operations and internal supply-demand coordination. The idealcandidate is someone who builds strong working relationships with business partnersand takes ownership of their work. This is a hands-on role that sits at theintersection of operations and commercial coordination, requiring both accuracyin execution and responsiveness under time-sensitive conditions.
KeyResponsibilities
Logistics— Shipment Booking & Freight Management
- Book and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and carriers across sea, air, and land modes
- Negotiate freight rates and service terms; regularly benchmark against market to ensure cost competitiveness
- Track shipments end-to-end and resolve delays, discrepancies, or any issues with a sense of urgency
- Lead the carrier selection process by evaluating carriers against defined criteria covering cost, transit time, reliability, and compliance; maintain an approved carrier list and review it periodically
- Ensure full compliance with applicable trade regulations, customs requirements, and Incoterms
- Coordinate with relevant parties to follow up and resolve complex cargo claims
InternalSales Coordination — Affiliate Management
- Serve as the operational point of contact for internal sales affiliates, managing order intake and fulfilment coordination
- Monitor sales orders and purchase orders across affiliates; identify demand patterns and flag supply constraints proactively
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records; prepare regular reports on order status, shipment progress, and any open issues for internal stakeholders
- Work closely with affiliates to navigate order processing workflows and ensure PO discrepancies are identified and resolved accurately and on time
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in freight, logistics coordination, or trade operations.
- Working knowledge of marine cargo insurance and claims handling.
- Familiarity with Incoterms 2020.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP (HANA) / SAP Business One system would be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to travel occasionally for overseas business trips.
