Job Summary

You will handle sales and customer enquiries, assist with product selection, operate the POS system, manage inventory records, and support daily operations to ensure smooth sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales and customer enquiries from foreign customers to provide accurate product information and support purchasing decisions
• Assist customers in selecting suitable mobile devices and accessories to meet their needs
• Operate the POS system to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Conduct regular stock-taking to verify inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
• Update stock information and report inventory status to management for timely decision-making
• Maintain organized sales and stock documentation to support operational transparency
• Perform general administrative and daily operational tasks to support store functions
• Deliver effective communication and quality customer service to enhance customer satisfaction

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficiency in speaking Tamil to communicate with customers
• Ability to operate a POS system for sales transactions
• Skills in conducting stock-taking and updating inventory records
• Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with foreign customers
• Responsible and organized work approach with the ability to work independently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in sales, administration, retail, or customer service roles

Working Hours

• 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• 6 working days per week with 1 weekday off

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $3,200 per month
• Fixed Allowance: $500 per month
• Total Fixed Monthly Salary: $3,700
