Korean Bakery shop hiring commis baker

Responsibilities:

* Good knowledge of bread making.

* To assist in executing and managing operational duties in the Bakery department.

* Ensure smooth operation and food served are of consistent quality at all times.

* Minimize the wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items.

* Ensure safety and sanitary standards in production areas.

* Perform all other tasks or projects as assigned by management and supervisors.

Requirements:

Good communications skills

Experience in using kitchen equipment

Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Ability to work 5 day work week (44 hours per week)

A Food Hygiene certification preferred.

Team player, willing to learn.

Able to work weekends and public holidays

Able to start work immediately
