Working Hours: 4 X Weekdays + 1 Weekend (9am-6pm)
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily centre operations, including client registration, attendance, payments, and record management.
- Handle enquiries, calls, appointment scheduling, and client follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing teaching/therapy materials and support classes when required.
- Maintain centre organisation, cleanliness, and inventory.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance with regulations, and accurate reporting.
- Build strong relationships with parents, manage feedback, and conduct centre tours.
- Assist with staff scheduling, timesheets, and coordination, including support for interns.
- Prepare financial reports, invoices, and assist with regular submissions to HQ/ECDA.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
