Woodlands / Contract Manager / Assistant Contracts Manager(QS / Quantity Surveyor) General Building Project experience

· Manage the full contractadministration process from pre-award to project completion

· Review and negotiatecontracts, tenders, variations, and claims

· Oversee project costs,budgets, and contractual risks

· Liaise with clients,consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

· Ensure compliance withcontractual obligations and company procedures

Requirements

· At least 10 years ofexperience in commercial, contract, or cost management for buildingconstruction projects
