Sales Lead – CyberSecurity, Compliance and AI

Company Overview

Join a fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) in Singapore as a Sales Lead, driving sales of cybersecurity, compliance, and AI strategy services at the boardroom level to SME leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth of cybersecurity, compliance, and AI strategy services by positioning offerings to SME decision-makers including CEOs, Managing Directors, and Compliance Heads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME leadership to influence purchasing decisions and expand business opportunities
• Conduct consultative discovery sessions to identify client pain points related to compliance, cybersecurity, and AI adoption
• Translate complex business risks into clear, compelling value propositions such as positioning PDPA compliance as a sales trust asset
• Collaborate with pre-sales consultants and project managers to design and deliver tailored proposals that meet client needs
• Consistently achieve quarterly and annual recurring revenue targets through strategic sales execution
• Represent the company at industry events and thought leadership forums to enhance brand presence and network with key stakeholders

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, compliance, or cybersecurity
• Proven ability to sell solutions rather than products, particularly to SME leadership teams
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s PDPA regulations, cybersecurity trends, and AI adoption landscape
• Effective communication skills to engage both technical teams and C-suite decision-makers
• Consultative and outcome-driven sales mindset

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience selling Microsoft 365, Sophos, or AI SaaS solutions
