ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTER

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Drafter to join our interior fit-out and carpentry team.

The candidate will assist in preparing shop drawings, detailed drawings, and coordination drawings for residential and commercial renovation projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings and technical drawings
• Revise drawings according to site measurements and project requirements
• Coordinate with project team, suppliers, subcon, and production factory
• Ensure drawings are accurate before fabrication and site installation
• Assist in material calculation and production coordination
• Liaise with designers and project coordinators when required
• Maintain proper drawing records and updates

Job Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Knowledge in interior fit-out / carpentry drawings preferred
• Able to understand site measurements and construction details
• Responsible and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in SketchUp will be an advantage

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years relevant working experience preferred
• Fresh graduates with drafting knowledge may also apply
