PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities

· Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and requirements.

· Prepare project budgets based on the scope of work and resource requirements.

· Monitor and track project costs to ensure projects remain within budget.

· Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.

· Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

· Provide regular project updates on progress, plans, adjustments, and key issues to relevant stakeholders.

· Manage and coordinate with vendors and suppliers, including assigning tasks and monitoring agreed deliverables.

· Ensure projects are executed in accordance with industry best practices, techniques, and standards.

· Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement adjustments or corrective actions where necessary.

· Evaluate project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.

· 1–2 years of relevant project management or engineering experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.

· Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Highly resourceful, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

· Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

· Ability to complete projects according to the agreed scope, budget, and timeline.
