Senior L1/L2 Support Engineer

Key skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Technical Operations, TechOps, or related roles
- Strong AWS and cloud-native application knowledge
- Experience supporting digital, e-commerce, web, and mobile platforms
- Good understanding of APIs, microservices, web services, integrations, and authentication
- Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or CloudWatch
- Knowledge of APM, SRE practices, log analysis, and content delivery architecture

- Understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management
