6 Months Listing Compliance Senior Associate (Financial Services) | Up to $6500 #NKA

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Duration: 6 months contract (maternity cover)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6

Salary: Up to $6500

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of listed issuers and monitor compliance with listing rules.
• Review and process corporate actions and listing-related applications within required timelines.
• Investigate potential breaches and follow up on enforcement or disciplinary actions.
• Respond to regulatory queries and advise on listing compliance matters.
• Review financial and regulatory information to identify potential non-compliance.
• Attend issuer meetings, address key issues and document discussions.
• Support improvements to listing compliance frameworks, procedures and systems.
• Build relationships with issuers, investment bankers, lawyers, auditors and regulators.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics, Law or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience preferred.
• Financial industry experience in compliance, corporate finance, audit, investment or listed-company research preferred.
• Good understanding of listing rules and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
• Comfortable reviewing financial statements and working with numbers.
