Project & Operations Executive (Entry Level)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer communications and migration activities with internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor and track customer migration progress, follow up on outstanding actions, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, and status updates for management.
• Support marketing campaigns, customer outreach activities, events, and lead management.
• Assist with operational processes, including referral incentive processing and new customer tracking.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Relevant internship, academic project, part-time work, or volunteer experience involving coordination, administration, reporting, or customer support will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
