Account cum Admin Officer (5 months contract)

Job Scope:

• Process and verify invoices, payments, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Prepare Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions.
• Maintain bank debit/credit advices and accounting records.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end closing.
• Assist in financial reporting and GST reporting.
• Maintain fixed deposit records and prepare related letters.
• Review and process staff expense claims.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, payment documents, receipts, and other accounting records.
• Scan and maintain accounting and banking records.
• Arrange courier services.
• Handle emails and phone calls.
• Order office supplies.
• Assist with general administrative and ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Min 1 - 2 years experience.
• Experience in using MS Office
• Contract for 5 months only.
