We are looking to hire 2 ambitious individuals to join our Regional Technology & Operations recruitment team at Charterhouse Partnership. You do not need recruitment experience.

In fact, we are specifically open to people who have never worked in recruitment before, provided you have the right attitude, enjoy working with people, are competitive by nature, and genuinely want to build a successful career.

You will learn directly from someone who has spent 16 years doing the job; including the mistakes, lessons and habits that make a successful recruiter.

What will you recruit?

You will be part of our Regional Technology & Operations team, supporting organisations across industries and hiring across areas including:

• Software Engineering & Development

• Data, Analytics & AI

• Cybersecurity & Technology Risk

• Infrastructure, Cloud & Architecture

• Digital & Technology Transformation

• Technology Leadership

• Middle Office & Operations

You don't need to know any of these areas today. We will teach you.

What matters to us

We can teach recruitment. What is much harder to teach is drive, resilience, curiosity and the desire to win.

So, we are less interested in whether you have recruitment experience and more interested in whether you have the personality and ambition to become good at it.

You might currently be in: Sales. Hospitality. Banking. Customer Service. Retail. Marketing. Account Management. Fresh out of university. Or doing something completely unrelated.

That doesn't matter.
