Sales Clerk – Aluminium & Glass Industry

SG Aluminium Pte. Ltd. is seeking a responsible and organised Sales Clerk to support our sales team in the aluminium, glass, doors, windows, grilles and hardware business.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries, quotations, sales orders and customer follow-ups.

• Prepare and update quotations, invoices, delivery orders and related sales documents.

• Coordinate with customers, sales representatives, measurement teams, production and installation teams.

• Follow up on order status, deliveries, installations and outstanding matters.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records and support day-to-day sales administration.

• Assist the sales team in coordinating aluminium doors, gates, windows, grilles, glass and hardware orders.

• Perform other sales and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore, preferably in the aluminium & glass, construction, building materials, renovation or related industry.

• Experience handling aluminium doors, windows, gates, grilles, glass or hardware products will be an advantage.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

• Able to work independently, be detail-oriented and manage multiple tasks.

• Team player with a positive and responsible attitude.

• Applicants must have valid working rights in Singapore.
