Wealth Consultant at Singapore, Up to $4,400 + Commission (Bank Branch Hours)

Job Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with customers by understanding their financial goals and needs
• Proactively engage customers and identify opportunities to introduce suitable wealth solutions
• Recommend the Bank’s range of wealth management products and services based on customers’ needs
• Generate new business opportunities through leads, referrals and customer engagement
• Build and manage your own customer portfolio
• Follow up actively with customers and convert opportunities into business
• Achieve individual sales and performance targets
• Develop long-term relationships while maximising opportunities to grow the customer portfolio
• Stay updated on the Bank’s products, services and market developments
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with the Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements
• Take initiative to improve sales performance and contribute to team success
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in any discipline
• Sales-driven, ambitious and highly motivated individuals who enjoy working towards challenging targets
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Confident personality with the ability to engage and influence customers
• Results-oriented and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Proactive and persistent, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
• Able to identify opportunities, take action and follow through to achieve results
• Prior experience in sales, business development, banking, insurance, financial services, recruitment, real estate or customer-facing roles is an advantage
• Candidates without banking or wealth management experience but with a strong sales track record are welcome to apply
• Strong interest in financial products, investments and wealth management
• Willing to learn and obtain relevant financial certifications where required
• Professional, resilient and able to handle rejection and challenging conversations
