🌟 Regional FP&A Opportunity

A leading international bank is looking for a hands-on FP&A / Finance professional to support financial planning, management reporting and performance analysis for the Singapore and SEA businesses, with exposure to East Asia.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working with senior stakeholders and wants regional exposure across Finance, FP&A and financial systems projects.

💼 What You'll Be Doing

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Support the FP&A team in ensuring financial data integrity across Singapore and SEA
• Track business performance against approved budgets across revenue, costs, returns, RWA and NIM
• Support forecasting and budgeting processes in line with business strategy
• Provide variance analysis, financial insights and commentary to senior stakeholders
• Assist with financial forecasts and performance updates for Regional and International Finance teams

Management Reporting

• Prepare and submit Management Information (MI) reports for SEA countries
• Support preparation of performance packs, recurring MI and ad-hoc financial analysis
• Assist with EXCO and ALCO reporting
• Standardise MI reporting and financial packs across the East Asia region

Finance Systems & Projects

• Support implementation of Finance systems and regional initiatives
• Participate in UAT for Group Finance and Regional projects
• Support system rollouts across APAC, with a particular focus on Singapore
• Contribute to process improvement and standardisation initiatives

Regional Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Finance teams across Singapore, SEA and East Asia
• Collaborate with country CEOs, CFOs and key business stakeholders
• Build strong working relationships across regional Finance teams
• Support effective and coordinated Finance service delivery across the region

🎯 Ideal Profile

✔ MIN Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Business or related discipline
✔ Strong experience in FP&A, financial analysis, management reporting or Finance business partnering
