BCD Device Development Engineer (Microelectronics / Semiconductor)

Responsibilities

• Perform high-voltage BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) device characterization, electrical measurement, data analysis, and technical reporting.
• Develop, implement, and maintain test automation scripts to optimize device testing efficiency.
• Support engineering teams with semiconductor device layout design and verification activities.
• Adhere to and enforce standard test laboratory practices, safety protocols, and measurement procedures.
• Liaise with test equipment vendors for tool procurement, technical maintenance, and operational support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in BCD device measurement, characterization, and testing within a semiconductor fab or design environment.
• Strong technical background in semiconductor device testing and test-scripting automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages for test automation and measurement data analysis.
• Self-motivated and proactive learner with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proven track record of teamwork.
